Yes. A background check is required, along with a $50 deposit in addition to your first month's rent.

Pets are allowed and welcome at Lakepoint — enjoy the on-site Griffin Dog Park with your furry friends. Prospective residents will need to submit vaccination (shot) records for each pet.

Yes. Residents receive a mail slot in the community center for regular mail, and there's a large secure box on-site for Amazon and other package deliveries.
